vPOS: Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

Card Not Detected

Ensure your mobile device is not using a case or protector that may be interfering with the card's NFC chip signal. Try removing it and attempt again.

Transaction Declined

Review the on-screen message for details from the card issuer. In most cases, generic declines
can be resolved by waiting a few seconds and retrying the payment after a minute.

Cannot Enroll Device

Verify that your account is set up for vPOS Tap To Pay by contacting Fygaro
Support or your bank officer.
If confirmed, try the enrollment process again.

Device Already Enrolled

Ensure that you entered the correct IMEI and try again.
If the device was previously used with another company, log in to the Fygaro web
portal, navigate to the account where the device was originally enrolled, and disable it.
Wait a few minutes before attempting enrollment with the new company.

Screen Went Blank or App Freezes

• Close and reopen the Fygaro vPOS app.
• If the issue persists, restart your phone and wait at least 1 minute before trying again.

Invalid Username or Password

• Ensure that the entered email and password match your Fygaro user credentials.
• If login details are correct, check that the user has the necessary permissions (User Role)
to access Fygaro vPOS.
