How to Enroll a New Android Device for Tap to Pay with Fygaro vPOS


1. Download the Fygaro vPOS App


  • Go to the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  • Search for Fygaro vPOS and install the app.


2. Sign In or Create a Fygaro Account


  • Open the app and sign in using your Fygaro account credentials.
  • If you don’t have a Fygaro account, visit www.fygaro.com to sign up.


3. Select Your Company Profile


  • Once logged in, choose the company profile you want to use with this device.


4. Access the Settings


  • Tap the Settings option in the app menu.


5. Begin the Enrollment Process


  • First Instalation: Select the Enroll Device option, followed by "Enroll New Device" as shown on the image below.
  • Reinstalling the App: Select the Enroll Device option, followed by "Re-Enroll Existing Device" as shown on the image below.

7. Complete Enrollment


  • Wait for the app to finish the enrollment process, then click on "Continue" 2 times as shown on the image below.
  • If an error occurs, retry the process.
  • Important: Ensure your Fygaro account is integrated with a participating bank that supports Tap to Pay. For assistance, email support@fygaro.com.

8. Start Taking Payments


  • Once the enrollment is complete, your device is ready to start processing payments using Fygaro vPOS.



Managing Devices


  • You can manage enrolled devices through the Fygaro web portal:

  • Go to Settings > vPOS Devices to view or manage your enrolled devices.
