Connect a Logistics Account

Automate your shipping with Fygaro and DHL Express or Correos de Costa Rica

To be able to request shipments with DHL Express or Correos de Costa Rica, all you will need is the account number.

If you don't have one yet, you can request it here.

Step 1. The first thing you should do is log into your Fygaro account at www.fygaro.com and select the Settings module and then "eCommerce & Payment Settings"

Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Shipping Integrations (Couriers)" and select "Add Courier". Then select your provider from the options. Fill in your account number and make sure the "Active" box is checked.

TIP: if you have multiple accounts, select the Default box for the main account.

Step 3. Click on "Save" to record the changes and activate the integration.

The currier integration also allows you to configure an Overhead.

The Overhead is an "amount" that can be added or discounted on the price quoted by the provider. For example:

If DHL Express quotes a customer's shipping at $ 10:
to). An additional 10% overhead can be put, which would show the customer a shipping cost of $ 11

b). An overhead of 10% less can be set, which would show the customer a shipping cost of $ 9
