How to Enable Support Access to Your Fygaro Account
Enabling support access allows the Fygaro team to better assist you with any issues or inquiries. Follow these simple steps to grant access:
Step 1: Sign In to Your Fygaro Account
Open your web browser and visit www.fygaro.com.
Enter your login credentials (email and password) to access your account.
Step 2: Go to the Settings Module
Once logged in, navigate to the Settings module by clicking here or selecting it from the menu on your dashboard.
Step 3: Allow Support Access
Scroll down the Settings page until you find the option labeled Allow Support Access.
Check the box next to this option to enable access for the support team.
Step 4: Notify the Support Team
After enabling access, inform the support team that you’ve granted them access to your account. This ensures they can promptly assist you.
