# vPOS: Tap or Scan & Pay

You can use Fygaro vPOS to sell your products or services in person in retail stores, popups, and on the go.

|| The Tap on Phone feature requires a compatible bank, confirm with Support or your bank for availability. 

### Request payment from a customer

* Log into your Fygaro account at www.fygaro.com or on the *Fygaro vPOS* App ( [Download from Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fygaro.vpos&pcampaignid=web_share))

* *When using from the web*: Select the "Fygaro Links" module, and then select "vPOS" from the left hand side options.

* Optional: Add an order reference and select the display currency.

* Type in the amount with the on screen keyboard.

* Click the green check button and prompt the customer to __Tap their card/wearable__ or  __Scan the generated QR Code__.

### Check for a customer's payment

* Log into your Fygaro account at www.fygaro.com or on the *Fygaro vPOS* App

When using from the web\*: Select the "Fygaro Links" module, and then select "vPOS" from the left hand side options.

* When using the App\*: Select "Recent Payments" from the home page and select the desired payment. If using from the web:\* Click the blue button and locate the transaction by customer name, amount or transaction reference.

|| Tip: you can update the transactions list by selecting the refresh option on the top right of the transactions list.

### Enable the Gratuity feature

* From the App select the "Settings" option and then enable the "Gratuity (Tips)" option,

* From the web go into your Fygaro account at www.fygaro.com, select the "Fygaro Links" module, and then  "vPOS" from the left hand side options. Finally click the 3 dots (upper right corner) to access "Settings" and Enable the "Gratuity (Tips)" option.
