Create Event

Create an event to sell tickets using Fygaro. To get started, log in to your Fygaro account select "Event" from the left menu, and then "Create Event". Then, enter your event details and click on Save.

WHAT TO DOHOW TO DO IT
Add images and videoSelect Upload photos and video to add images and video to your event page. Event cover images will show full width and adapt their height to show fully. Ticket covers must use the following proportions for the best experience: H:140px, W: 397px
Update your event overview• Title: Enter the name of your event as you'd like for it to appear on public checkout • Summary: Write a summary up to 140 characters that describes the most important details of your event.
Set up your event date, time, and location• Date & Time: Enter your event’s start date and time or leave blank. • Event location: Choose from the available locations or create a new one.
Save and continueSave your changes.


Now you can start adding your ticket types and event dates.

Add Event Date


Your event can handle multiple event dates (eg. Music Festivals with 3 days of fun!), simply use the "Add Date" option.
Enter the date details and click on Save when ready. Repeat as many times as needed.

If you ever need to update the information of any "Date", simply click on it.

Ticket Categories



WHAT TO DOHOW TO DO IT
Create your ticketsBy default, Fygaro will create a Ticket Category "General Admission" for each of your event dates, or you can click on "Add Ticket Category" to include as many as needed.
Enter your ticket informationYou can click on each ticket to give it a name (like "General Admission", add the quantity of tickets you have available, give it a price (or leave it in 0 if its a free ticket). Remember to save your changes.
Optional: Create add-ons, promo codes, or holdsAdd things like merchandise or parking passes, or grant discounts or reveal hidden tickets.
Optional: Create Ticket Category CombosLet your customers make 1 purchase that includes multiple dates or ticket categories • You can link each combo to 1 or multiple ticket categories
Optional: Create Ticket Category Add-onsFrom prepaid parking to VIP tables and merchandise.
Save and continueSave your changes.


Use the "Public (Available in Checkout)" to show/hide from the event page. Hidden tickets are no longer available for self-purchase, but can still be generated by your company users.
