# Create a location

## If you are shipping or using inventories, you will need to create an inventory.

### How to create a location

#### Step 1.

**From your Fygaro Dashboard, select the Settings option.**

#### Step 2.

**In Company Settings, go under “Addresses”, on the right side, select “Add Address”**

#### Step 3.

**Give the address a name, and a description. Then enter the address for the new location.**

#### Step 4.

**Click on "Save" to record the information.**
